Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your KORRES Greek beauty products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of lightly used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
